Inner Peace with Flowers

Welcome more peace, calm and
balance into your life.

Hello. My name is Terry Ciarfaglio. For me, Meditation and Reiki are two tools that I have incorporated into my life to connect with my inner peace. When I sit with this peace, I can make healthier decisions, and things in the outside world are not as bothersome. When we are willing, we can connect fully to the love that is within and around us. From a loving space we are able to feel peaceful and gain more enjoyment from life. I would enjoy sharing these healing modalities with you. I invite you to try a Meditation Session, Reiki Session, or Channeled Session with me so that I may assist you in connecting to peace, calm and balance.

How can I help?

Guided Meditations

In my guided meditations, visualizations are used for releasing unwanted thoughts and emotions. I find practicing mindfulness guided meditation to be helpful for calming and centering my mind. If you are interested in trying meditation, perhaps a Mindfulness Meditation would help you to connect to the peaceful place within. Learn more.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning ‘universal life force energy’. It is the energy that is within and around all living things. Reiki energy is a high vibration, loving, peaceful, and calming energy. During a session I share Reiki energy with you. Learn more.

Channeled Sessions

A channeled session with me is a reading with a high vibration energy called The Council. This energy essence is focused on the good of all, reminding us to live from a loving perspective. The Council’s messages offers guidance for us to travel the joyful path of life while honoring our free will. Learn more.

When we choose to balance and heal ourselves, we can experience the dissolution of inappropriate patterns. In action in our lives, we can feel the freedom that comes from releasing negative thoughts and emotions. Character weakness can be replaced with the strength and courage to change our world. Healed and at peace, we are like pebbles tossed in a pond, affecting all those with whom we come in contact, inexorably and gently, in ever widening circles.
