Reiki Mindfulness Meditations
I am currently offering Reiki Mindfulness Meditation Meet-Ups. The focus is to connect with the love, peace, and joy within. Reiki is a relaxing energy that promotes healing in our minds and bodies. This high vibration energy flows through me and I am able to share it with the group, even at a distance. My hope is that by offering you a Reiki break you will be able to connect with your inner peace. From a peaceful place we can feel more grounded and focused. With mindfulness we focus on present moment awareness, without judgement.
We meet every other Sunday on Zoom at 10am Pacific Time. I lead the group in a 30 minute guided visualization meditation. After the meditation, there is discussion time for those interested in sharing their experience. Our total meeting time is approximately 90 minutes. This is not a class, so participation is not expected for every meeting. It is an ongoing event, so feel free to join in when you are able. Sign up for my newsletter via the ‘Contact Page’. Previous Workshops
Release & Manifest ~ During our Releasing Ceremony, I will share Reiki and use guided meditation techniques to assist participants in washing away restricting thoughts and feelings. With the release of old thought patterns, we can make room for what we want to manifest. Creative writing will help us to focus on our dreams and desires.
Connect with your Authentic Self ~ I will share Reiki during a guided meditation and use visualization techniques to assist in releasing any blocks that may be preventing the feeling of unconditional love. As you connect to your authentic self, time is given to write a love letter to yourself. Craft supplies are provided.
New Year’s Eve ~ For this gathering, I will channel a New Year’s message from The Council. I will share a Reiki Meditation which includes a Gratitude Body Scan. We’ll use a word search activity and visualization to assist us in choosing at least one word to represent and inspire us for our New Year.
