Reiki Sessions
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) translates to universal life force energy and is a technique to help reduce stress while promoting relaxation and healing. The style of healing I learned originated in Japan nearly 100 years ago. Research shows Reiki’s promise for its ability to promote health.
Life force energy flows through our physical and energy bodies. When our energy is high, we are more capable of feeling energized and healthy. When our energy is low, we may feel stressed or anxious. Negative thoughts or low vibration patterns can block our energy flow. A Reiki session helps to release these low vibration energies. In turn, we can move into a more balanced way of being.
Reiki can be shared by the laying on of the hands during an in-person session or it can be shared remotely either online via Zoom or over the phone. With Reiki energy there are no blocks with time or space, so energy can be sent over a distance. Energy is within and all around us. We do not need to be in the same room for the energy to move between us because it knows no barriers. I create a safe, grounded space for us to share this high vibration energy.
In a Reiki Session, we will have discussion time before and after we share Reiki. During the session, you may sit or lay down in a relaxed position. The intent is for you to move into a state of peace and calm as the energy moves within and around you. During a Reiki Session, energy and visual imagery flows to me. With your permission I will share any intuitive insights that arise with you. I find that sharing what I see further helps to release blocks or cords in one’s energy field.
Reiki can do no harm as it is spiritually guided life force energy. My energy is not a part of the session. The Reiki energy passes through me to the client. When I receive Reiki the energy is a feeling of love, peace and calm. I invite you to try a Reiki session so that you too can connect with this healing energy.
